Singapore –Trident Digital Tech Holdings, a digital transformation enabler in technology optimisation services and Web 3.0 activation, has recently announced a strategic partnership with e-commerce retailer Silkoo Dutyfree Limited and import-export trader Haitu Trade Co. This collaboration intends to drive business expansion, optimise operations, and deliver better customer outcomes.

Under the agreement, the parties will establish a framework for cooperation in several key areas, such as data analytics, strategic planning, supply chain optimisation, platform integration, and customer experience enhancement.

This joint effort further intends to foster mutual growth through consumer data synergies, coordinated market strategies, optimised logistics networks in Southeast Asia, expanded inter-platform ecosystems, and the delivery of seamless, personalised customer experiences that foster loyalty and operational excellence.

Furthermore, said collaboration will be fuelled by each company’s distinct strengths, with Trident’s contribution including Tridentity, which offers secure authentication across its diverse ecosystem of services, including Tri-food, Tri-events, Tri-Buy, and TriVerse.

This framework will act as the digital backbone of the alliance, enabling seamless integration and innovation across platforms.

On the other hand, Silkoo’s established presence in five Southeast Asian nations, alongside its active role as a third-party merchant on TikTok Global Shop, equips the partnership with powerful e-commerce capabilities. These capabilities encompass advanced data gathering and regional sales expansion.

Haitu further contributes niche expertise in beauty product distribution, drawing from its experience managing a thriving overseas cosmetics store on Pinduoduo to tap into international market segments and consumer behaviour patterns.

Soon Huat Lim, founder, chairman, and chief executive officer at Trident, said, “This strategic collaboration represents a significant milestone in our e-commerce journey. By combining our cutting-edge Tridentity platform with Silkoo’s e-commerce network and Haitu’s specialised expertise, we’re creating a powerful ecosystem that transcends traditional boundaries.”

“Our partnership will leverage data analytics, streamlined supply chains, and optimised integration to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple touchpoints. Together, we endeavour to expand our market reach while fundamentally reimagining how digital commerce can seamlessly connect consumers with products and services throughout Southeast Asia and across the globe,” added Lim.
