India – TDCX, a global customer experience solutions provider, has opened its second campus in India, based at Meenakshi Eco Park in Hyderabad. The launch reinforces Hyderabad’s status as one of the company’s fastest-growing locations and cements India’s position as TDCX’s fourth-largest operations base worldwide.

The new site arrives on the back of a more than 600% increase in TDCX’s India headcount over the past three years. This growth trajectory reflects the scale at which the company has been building its Indian workforce to meet rising demand from global clients.

Hyderabad’s appeal to TDCX stems from several factors converging in one city. Its robust technology ecosystem, deep talent pool, and expanding reputation as a hub for customer experience, sales, digital support, and technology-enabled services have made it a natural fit for the firm’s continued expansion.

The broader market context underscores why India remains central to TDCX’s strategy. The country’s Business Process Outsourcing services sector was valued at approximately US$18.7 billion in 2024 and it is projected to reach US$51 billion by 2035, according to Market Research Future’s India Business Process Outsourcing Services Market report published in April 2026.

Against this backdrop, TDCX has grown faster than the wider market, a trend the company attributes to global clients increasingly consolidating their customer, sales, and technology workflows with fewer, more capable partners. Rather than spreading operations across multiple vendors, businesses appear to be concentrating their outsourcing relationships with providers able to manage complexity at scale.

Byron Fernandez, Group Chief Information Officer and EVP at TDCX, who holds executive oversight of the company’s India operations, framed the expansion as part of a broader shift in how global clients view the country.

“India has moved well past the cost arbitrage conversation. When clients choose Hyderabad for customer experience, sales, or technology support, they are choosing access to skilled, ambitious talent that can run complex workflows at scale. Our expansion here reflects how seriously global clients now take India as a primary delivery market, rather than a secondary one,” Fernandez explained.

The new campus sits within Meenakshi Eco Park, a 6 million sq. ft. development recognised as one of Hyderabad’s key technology corridors. TDCX has designed the site to support its ongoing expansion in India, while also creating a workplace structured around learning, collaboration, and performance for employees.

From this base, TDCX India serves leading global brands spanning digital advertising, e-commerce, fintech, and technology. The company delivers omnichannel support to clients operating across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and North America.

TDCX India has recorded strong customer and business outcomes on behalf of these global clients, achieving high customer satisfaction scores while managing complex workstreams across multiple markets simultaneously. The company points to this performance as evidence of both the strength of its delivery model and the calibre of talent available in the local market.

Ananth Premkumar, Country Director of TDCX India, elaborated on what sets Hyderabad apart as a delivery location. “Hyderabad has emerged as one of India’s leading hubs for technology, innovation, and customer experience delivery. As our clients expand across global markets, they need partners who can quickly build high-quality teams at scale.”

“For one of our technology clients, we are able to make agents production-ready in under six weeks, helping them accelerate their go-to-market timelines. This combination of skilled talent, speed, and operational excellence is what makes Hyderabad such a strategic location for TDCX,” he continued.

Beyond its client-facing performance, TDCX India has also built a reputation as a strong employer. The company has been recognised as a Great Place to Work for four consecutive years, a distinction that reinforces its standing both as a delivery hub and as an employer of choice in the Indian market.
