Singapore – SNP Group, a software provider for digital transformation, automated data migration, and data management in SAP environments, has appointed Jelita Kamal as its first chief operating officer for Asia Pacific.
The creation of the role highlights the company’s focus on strengthening operations and scaling its business in a region where it maintains offices in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
Based in Singapore, Jelita will oversee go-to-market strategy, demand management, and sales operations across the APJ region. Her responsibilities include revenue management, operational discipline, and the implementation of scalable processes to support long-term growth.
“I am excited to join SNP Group at such a pivotal time of transformation and growth,” Jelita commented.
She added, “I look forward to working with our teams, customers, and partners across Asia Pacific to build scalable operations and deliver outcomes that help organisations unlock their full potential.”
As her new role, Jelita will report to Phillip Miltiades, president and managing director of SNP JAPAC, who mentioned how this appointment marks an important step in strengthening the company’s ability to deliver consistency across APAC.
“Her leadership and experience will be instrumental in deepening customer value, supporting our teams, and partners to achieve greater success,” Phillip said.
Jelita brings over 20 years of enterprise technology leadership experience in the region, having previously held senior roles at SAP and Salesforce.
At Salesforce, she served as general manager for professional services across ASEAN, Taiwan, and Greater China, while at SAP, she held responsibilities across system integration, services sales, and professional services management in Singapore and the Philippines.
SNP Group has set a target of tripling its APAC business within the next three years. The appointment of Jelita as COO forms part of its strategy to strengthen execution, standardise processes, and enhance customer value across the region.
