Singapore – Postal and e-commerce logistics provider SingPost has announced that it has recently partnered with Kazakhstan’s postal operator, QazPost. This strategic collaboration aims to advance e-commerce and logistics development in both countries.
As part of the agreement, the partnership covers various aspects such as technology collaboration, enhanced logistics, and e-commerce growth, as well as sharing best practices.
These areas will allow both parties to explore the adoption of SingPost’s machinery and equipment, including its innovative eCommerce drop-off systems, to enhance the customer experience and efficiency.
At the same time, it will also facilitate the exploration of efficient logistics routes between Kazakhstan and Singapore, leveraging both companies’ extensive networks to support the development of eCommerce growth in their respective countries and regions.
Lastly, this partnership will further facilitate the mutual sharing of best practices and create new opportunities for trade and economic growth.

The said collaboration further encompasses provisions for knowledge exchange, training programmes, and the exploration of additional areas for collaboration in the future.
It was also part of high-level agreements exchanged between Kazakhstan and Singapore and was witnessed by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Heng Swee Keat, the deputy prime minister and coordinating minister for economic policies in Singapore.
