Manila, Philippines – SAP, a multinational software company, has recently named Jill Santos as the new managing director for SAP Philippines.
This new role enables Santos to bring her extensive expertise in forging strategic alliances, fostering strong client relationships, and accelerating business growth alongside 15 years of industry experience.
As the new managing director, she will also be responsible for spearheading initiatives to accelerate digital transformation, empower local businesses to thrive in the digital economy, all the while leveraging SAP’s nearly 30-year legacy in the Philippines.
Her priorities include supporting customers, partners, and communities in addressing key challenges such as AI adoption, cloud-driven business transformation, supply chain resilience, and sustainability.
Before stepping into her new role, Santos served as the sales director for Enterprise at SAP, overseeing a team of senior account executives and strengthening relationships with enterprise clients in both the private and public sectors in the Philippines.
She is also a member of SAP’s senior leadership team in the country, where she contributed to driving the company’s strategic direction and innovation in the local market.
Prior to joining SAP, Santos further held senior roles at global IT companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM, where she gained extensive experience in enterprise solutions and strategic leadership.
