Singapore – Qualtrics, an experience management firm, has recently partnered with SAP to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with Qualtrics XM for employee experience.

This strategic move intends to enhance employee experience by reducing unwanted employee attrition, retaining and developing top performers, improving employee engagement, and driving greater productivity for organisations.

With the SAP Endorsed Apps agreement, companies using SAP SuccessFactors can now adopt Qualtrics XM for Employee Experience. Such initiatives offer access to innovative tools such as People Engage, People Lifecycle, and employee technology experience, empowering organisations to foster team engagement, strengthen managerial performance, and make smarter workforce decisions.

Organisations will further benefit from new AI-powered capabilities from Qualtrics, including its ability to rapidly analyse employee feedback. Said capability is designed to obtain clear and actionable insights for improving employee experience using AI-powered natural language understanding.

Other features like automated comment summarisation and conversational feedback also ensure deeper insights while maintaining anonymity and clarity.

Brian Stucki, president and chief operating officer at Qualtrics, said, “At Qualtrics, we are transforming the way organisations understand and improve employee experiences, enabling them to hire, develop, and retain the best talent.”

“AI is at the forefront of our EX Suite, providing leaders with real-time, detailed, and action-orientated insights that help them build trust with and create exceptional experiences for their teams. This partnership with SAP SuccessFactors is an exciting milestone that will undoubtedly bring ongoing value to our shared customers across their EX efforts,” he added.

Dan Beck, president and chief product officer at SAP SuccessFactors, also remarked, “Great employee experiences are a key competitive advantage in business today, and together, SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics are helping organisations deliver the insights, capabilities, and support to help teams do their best work.”

“We look forward to building upon our relationship with Qualtrics to help customers unlock the value of great employee experiences,” concluded Beck.
