Salesforce’s latest all-in-one CRM solution to empower small and medium sized businesses

Singapore – Salesforce, a customer relationship management company, has recently announced the launch of its latest all-in-one CRM solution, with the goal of driving business growth among small and medium sized enterprises. 

Introduced as Pro Suite, this solution is powered by Salesforce’s Einstein 1 platform and data cloud, which enables customers to expand their operations with a single, ready-to-use, and easy-to-implement solution.

Through this, SMEs are able to eliminate data silos across various tech systems and departments and create a comprehensive 360-degree view of customers using the data cloud. The said capability drives CRM, AI, automation and analytics across all business processes. 

It also enhances lead generation by  providing campaign templates, content personalisation, and performance analytics, ensuring the delivery of the right message to the right prospects. 

In addition, the said solution drives sales by offering forecasting, quoting, and direct online payments to streamline revenue collection. It further enables quick responses to customer inquiries through chat and messaging capabilities on customer websites and apps.

Lastly, it extends the capabilities of AI CRM through Salesforce’s trusted enterprise cloud marketplace: AppExchange. This offers an ecosystem of apps and experts to drive results across various industries, departments, or products.
