Sydney, Australia – Pax8 has appointed Mel Thompson as Vice President of Experience for the Asia-Pacific region, adding a telecommunications and operations executive to its regional leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence across APAC.
Based in Australia, Thompson joins Pax8 from Australian telecommunications company Optus, where she served as Head of Network Delivery Office. She has also held senior leadership roles at Vodafone Australia, One New Zealand, and NBN Co.
In her new position, Thompson will help oversee partner and vendor experience initiatives across the APAC region, with a focus on strengthening relationships within Pax8’s ecosystem and supporting the company’s growth strategy.
