Malaysia – Parcel365, a sharing economy partner of Malaysia Digital Economy Corp. (MDEC), has recently announced a strategic alliance with online retail service firm AliExpress. This collaboration aims to introduce AliX365, a platform dedicated to streamlining sourcing and procurement processes among small and medium enterprises.

As a new solution, the platform is designed to connect SMEs to trusted network sellers on AliExpress, making procurement more efficient while ensuring competitive pricing.

The said initiative further provides opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds, offering them the necessary resources, training, and mentorship for their entrepreneurial ventures.

Apart from these benefits, the platform also provides a one-stop solution that simplifies sourcing, streamlines logistics, and provides flexible financing options. It then boosts the online visibility of businesses through AI-driven tools for basic SEO and content creation.

Datuk Fadzli Abdul Wahit, digital transformation division head at MDEC, said, “By fostering innovation and digital adoption through initiatives like AliX365, it is helping Malaysian businesses become more competitive, resilient, and ready to embrace new opportunities in the digital economy by empowering local businesses to embrace digital platforms and solutions.

“This is aligned with the Malaysia Digital (MD) national strategic initiative, and we believe it will bring more business opportunities to Malaysian SMEs and support the development of the local economy,” he further added.

To further develop the initiative, AliX365 is also open to working closely with cooperatives, government agencies, and welfare societies for more customised business packages tailored for underprivileged and low-income groups.

Through these collaborations, the company intends to offer tools, training, and support for aspiring entrepreneurs to succeed in the digital economy.

Meanwhile, AliX365’s e-sourcing platform, backed by Ramssol Group Bhd, will leverage AI technology and AI-driven digital marketing to boost e-commerce performance.
