Singapore – Oracle has recently launched the company’s latest AI Centre of Excellence in Singapore, aiming to support organisations in adapting to AI’s rapid evolution.
The centre will serve as a new resource hub for innovation and collaboration, bringing together leaders at the forefront of AI to accelerate adoption and drive success across Southeast Asia.
Building on its long-standing support for governments and enterprises in Southeast Asia, Oracle has also integrated the AI Centre of Excellence into its Oracle Solution Centre. This flagship program provides an advanced digital and physical environment, featuring advanced cloud and AI technologies.
It is also supported by a dedicated team of Oracle experts and a diverse network of partners. This allows the Centre to help organisations train teams, experiment in secure cloud environments, and provide the knowledge needed to transform critical business operations.
More specifically, the centre provides organisations access to training sessions and certifications on the latest cloud and AI technologies, led by Oracle University and ecosystem partners. It also allows them to test early-stage AI innovations in secure cloud environments to address their biggest business challenges.
Using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, organisations can explore autonomous AI, AI-powered analytics, generative AI, machine learning, and AI agents across multiple industries, including the public sector, healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications.
With this, organisations are also able to conduct proof-of-concept projects and lay the foundation for full-scale implementation by allowing them to pilot AI initiatives to test the feasibility and potential benefits.
Lastly, a rapid implementation enables organisations to quickly adopt new predictive, generative, and agentic AI features embedded in finance, HR, supply chain, sales, service, and marketing workflows. Leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite’s integrated AI use cases, organisations can further accelerate productivity, reduce costs, expand insights, and improve employee and customer experience.
Oracle’s AI Centre of Excellence is powered by a strong network of ecosystem partners, including Accenture, Deloitte, Digital Realty, NCS, NTUC Learning Hub, PwC, and ST Engineering.
Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry, Singapore, said, “To remain economically competitive, we need to build an agile and adaptable workforce that is equipped to leverage new technology effectively. The new Oracle AI Centre for Excellence is a good example of how businesses can take the lead in workforce transformation, empowering our workers to become future-ready.”
Garrett Ilg, executive vice president, Oracle, Japan & Asia Pacific, also stated, “AI will fuel the next wave of opportunity and growth. The Oracle AI Centre of Excellence will empower individuals and organisations of all sizes across Southeast Asia with cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies, world-class training, and a dynamic environment for experimentation and innovation. It further strengthens our commitment to train thousands of students and professionals in Singapore and provide readily available digital talent for the local workforce.”
Oracle’s collaboration with AI Centre of Excellence partners, alongside its upgraded partner programme, highlights its commitment to fostering innovation, enhancing customer outcomes, and driving business momentum.
