Singapore – Netskope has appointed Antony Prasad as its new Senior Channel and Partnership Lead for Southeast Asia, effective immediately.
Based in Singapore, Prasad will be responsible for developing and strengthening the company’s partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia, with a focus on accelerating adoption of the Netskope One platform and its artificial intelligence (AI)-ready capabilities.
Prasad brings more than 25 years of experience in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. Throughout his career, he has held roles at Cisco, Riverbed Technology, Verizon, BT Group, Ekahau, VMware/VeloCloud, Fastly, and Cato Networks.
He began his career in technical positions and holds networking certifications including CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and CCIP. He later moved into sales and channel leadership roles, working with partners across the Asia-Pacific region to develop networking and security offerings.
According to Netskope, Prasad will focus on expanding the company’s local channel ecosystem by strengthening existing partnerships and recruiting new partners in strategic Southeast Asian markets. He will also work with partners and customers on networking and security modernisation initiatives designed for cloud and AI environments.
“Netskope is spearheading AI-led innovation in networking and security, and I’m excited to bring these innovations to even more organisations across Southeast Asia,” said Prasad. “This region is characterised by varying levels of IT and cybersecurity maturity, and cultural differences. Local partners are instrumental in understanding organisations’ practices, needs, and challenges in each market, and I look forward to working with them and our customers to help accelerate their necessary transformation.”
Kunal Jha, Regional Director for Asia at Netskope, said the appointment comes as organisations continue to adapt to evolving cloud and AI technologies.
“The tech landscape is changing fast with ongoing AI and cloud advancements transforming operations, and bringing major challenges that legacy architectures can’t address. In response, organisations across Southeast Asia need to accelerate the transformation of their networking and security infrastructure. Antony’s deep expertise across security, networking, and cloud, and his knowledge of APAC markets make him a strong asset not only for Netskope, but also to accompany regional partners and customers through this transition,” Kunal said.
