Netcore Cloud’s new partnership with Google Cloud to enhance marketing tech, customer engagement with AI

Singapore – Netcore Cloud, a marketing tech and customer engagement solutions firm, has recently expanded its collaboration with Google Cloud with the goal of advancing its product discovery, AI-powered search, merchandising, and customer engagement marketing platforms. 

Leveraging Google Cloud’s GenAI capabilities, the partnership further enables brands to offer more impactful, hyperpersonalized experiences that increase customer retention and revenue. It also ensures that every brand touchpoint provides maximum value and improves the overall customer journey.

Moreover, said initiative also allows brands to harness Google Cloud’s AI innovations along with Netcore’s Forrester- and Gartner-recognised product discovery and marketing solutions, robust data sets, and AI-powered tools.

Interestingly, this new partnership complements Netcore Cloud’s strategic plan to double its ARR by 2027 and expand into North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, which includes several benefits like seamless integrations, advanced AI infrastructure, deeper data insights, optimised search and recommendations, as well as conversation agents. 

In addition, the partnership also elevates Netcore Cloud’s Co-Marketer platform, providing powerful scenario planning tools to forecast key metrics such as purchase frequency, average order value (AOV), and replenishment cycles. 

According to the firm, said platform offers insights into the relationship between online and offline behaviour, empowering brands to build seamless omnichannel strategies that enhance engagement across every marketing touchpoint. The alliance will also optimise commercial interactions between Netcore Cloud and its customers, providing an effortless purchasing experience via the GCP Marketplace.
