Singapore – KnowBe4 has appointed Andrew Kanzer as its new Chief Growth Officer, tasking the fintech and software industry veteran with leading the company’s global go-to-market strategy as it seeks to expand its market presence.
Kanzer will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Bryan Palma and oversee cross-functional alignment across the organisation to drive sustainable market growth, the cybersecurity company said in an announcement on 5 August.
In his new role, Kanzer will be responsible for leading KnowBe4’s global growth initiatives, including its go-to-market strategy, as the company continues to expand its digital workforce security offerings for both AI agents and human users.
Kanzer brings more than 20 years of experience in scaling global software businesses. According to KnowBe4, he has worked on transforming sales operations and supporting market expansion initiatives across multiple technology companies.
Before joining KnowBe4, Kanzer served as managing director at Xero. He previously led the mid-market and financial services sales organisations at Intuit and held the position of vice president of global SMB and mid-market sales at PayPal.
Bryan said the appointment reflects the company’s focus on its next stage of growth.
“Andrew has spent his career proving that global organisations can grow with the speed and disruption of a startup,” said Bryan. “His relentless drive and operational vision will be key as we extend our market leadership position.”
Meanwhile, Andrew said he sees opportunities at the convergence of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and human behaviour.
“The intersection of human behaviour, AI agents, and cybersecurity is the most exciting frontier in tech today,” said Andrew. “KnowBe4 is already the market leader and I look forward to leveraging data-driven sales architectures and innovative go-to-market strategies to help organisations globally secure their digital workforces.”
KnowBe4 said Kanzer’s leadership will support its efforts to expand into new markets, improve customer outcomes and strengthen its position in the agentic cybersecurity sector.
