Australia – Israel-based service travel sector innovator Joyned has recently announced its strategic partnership with loyalty and rewards system provider Gratifii, aiming to provide enhanced loyalty and engagement programmes through a consolidated platform.

In this collaboration, the two companies will assess the technical and commercial feasibility of various complementary product offerings, including a promotional distribution agreement integrating their respective platforms and distribution networks. This will be rolled out initially as a proof of concept.

It will also facilitate the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Joyned, enabling Gratifii’s customers to experience Joyned’s collaborative booking platform. This allows friends and family to seamlessly book trips abroad together through a micro social network that unfolds directly from Gratifii’s platform.

As a result, this enhances engagement and conversions, with Gratifii and its partners consistently achieving a conversion rate five times higher as well as contributing to overall website revenue growth.

Additionally, Joyned’s platform provides data-driven insights, facilitating the delivery of optimised offers to further enhance customer retention.

Speaking about the collaboration, Jonathan Abraham, CEO at Joyned, said, “We are delighted to announce our new agreement with Gratifii, which will see Joyned’s social revenue platform used as part of their offering. Through this collaborative partnership, Joyned and Gratifii will continue to innovate a better, more collaborative experience for consumers, and by expanding our presence across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, we are confident consumers will benefit.”

Iain Dunstan, CEO and Managing Director at Gratifii, also remarked, “We are excited to be working with Joyned to expand our new travel rewards brand, Neat Destinations, and improve the booking experience for family or friends who want to travel together. Further, we are in discussions with some of our existing clients about integrating the Joyned platform into their existing travel offerings.”

Currently, the company’s social revenue platform is accessible through 60 partner brands affiliated with Gratifii in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, expanding the travel experience for customers through greater collaboration among friends and family.
