Infosys, SAP Emarsys collaborate for enhanced revenue growth, customer experience

Bengaluru, India – Digital services and consulting firm Infosys has recently announced a strategic partnership with cloud-based omni-channel customer engagement platform SAP Emarsys to help businesses respond to the increasing need for seamless customer engagement. 

In this collaboration, the two will utilise Emarsys’ customer engagement platform and Infosys range of services and solutions for enterprises to develop impactful marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing their revenue growth and customer experience. 

These campaigns will specifically integrate industry-specific cross-channel marketing campaigns, engage customers in real-time, and drive customer loyalty through personalised interactions.

Harnessing the AI capabilities of the platform alongside Infosys Topaz, businesses can also extract valuable data from organisational silos to support data-driven insights and predictive analytics for revenue growth.

This will provide clients with a comprehensive 360-degree view of campaigns, integrating digital and in-store experiences to create seamless, immersive, and interactive customer journeys.
