Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Infobip, a leading global cloud communications platform, has recently announced the inauguration of its newest artificial intelligence hub, designed specifically for seamless end-to-end conversational experiences among businesses throughout their entire customer journey.

For this platform, the company incorporates advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and generative AI functionalities into Infobip’s core software-as-a-service portfolio to support its digital transformation. Through this, more businesses and brands are now expected to construct uninterrupted conversations with customers, elevating customer engagement across their marketing, sales, and support functions.

Apart from this, the AI Hub introduction also facilitated a strategic collaboration with Microsoft, pioneering advanced methods for integrating generative AI into its customer engagement suite. This collaborative initiative aims to provide consumers with even more immersive conversational experiences.

Infobip achieved this by seamlessly integrating OpenAI’s ChatGPT model into its Infobip AI Hub through the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. Such integration ensures the security of language models used by Infobip, as they are isolated from external threats, safeguarding end customers’ data from potential security risks.

Speaking about the launch, Silvio Kutić, chief executive officer at Infobip, remarked, “The customer journey is evolving from a fragmented experience across multiple channels to a conversational experience in one place. Cloud infrastructure, conversational chat apps, and generative AI now allow conversations between businesses and consumers, enriching customer experiences and consolidating disparate customer journeys into one seamless experience.”

“To facilitate this transition, we have launched AI Hub, which provides an end-to-end platform across the full customer journey, integrating and upgrading current Infobip SaaS solutions with AI and connecting marketing, sales, and support,” he concluded.

With its introduction into the market, businesses can now leverage Infobip AI Hub as either a comprehensive solution or as component products, enhancing compatibility with existing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

This launch also reinforces Infobip’s commitment to fostering a conversational ecosystem, thereby facilitating digital transformation during the prevailing conversational age.
