Singapore – IBS Software has appointed Abha Dogra as its chief product officer, strengthening its focus on developing AI-driven products and platforms that create tangible value for customers in the global travel sector.
In her new role, Abha will oversee the company’s global product organisation and lead the development and execution of product strategy across its portfolio. She will collaborate with teams in engineering, customer success, and go-to-market functions to advance the firm’s travel technology offerings.
Abha will lead the integration of AI-based capabilities throughout the product lifecycle and within customer workflows to enhance decision-making, automation, and efficiency.
“We are excited to welcome Abha to our leadership team. Her focus on customer outcomes aligns with our AI-first product strategy, ensuring we apply AI where it makes a real difference in reliability, speed, and personalisation,” Somit Goyal, chief executive officer of IBS Software, commented.
“We aim to create a powerful combination of product vision and execution that will be central to how IBS Software shapes the future of travel technology.”
Abha has over twenty years of experience in product and technology leadership, having held senior positions at ADP, Iron Mountain, Akamai, PTC, Schneider Electric, and CAE, where she most recently served as chief product and technology officer.
She holds a master’s degree in computer science from Boston University and an MBA from NMIMS in Mumbai.
Her appointment builds on a series of leadership enhancements at IBS Software initiated in late 2024, including the addition of Amit Jain as senior vice president and global head of engineering.
Anha and Amit will work closely to align product development with engineering execution and oversee a global engineering workforce. The strengthened leadership structure aims to accelerate innovation, expand the firm’s AI-first operating model, and enhance customer outcomes through responsible and scalable technology solutions.
IBS Software delivers modular, cloud-based SaaS solutions that support mission-critical operations for airlines, airports, cargo and logistics companies, hotels, cruise lines, and energy enterprises worldwide. Its platforms enable key business functions such as retailing, reservations, loyalty management, operations, and cargo handling, as part of its broader goal to transform the travel industry through technological innovation.
