As part of the extended collaboration, Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange platform has been integrated with HCLTech’s Cybersecurity Fusion Centre (CSFC). The partnership combines HCLTech’s AI-driven capabilities with Zscaler’s zero-trust architecture.
The joint approach is designed to strengthen enterprise resilience and support digital transformation through scalable, cloud-first security.
Amit Jain, EVP and global head of cybersecurity at HCLTech, mentioned that enterprises today need a robust foundation for digital trust and resilience in their operations.

As a result of the partnership, improvements to managed security services, secure network transformation programmes, secure access service edge (SASE) adoption, and zero-trust maturity assessments are included to help organisations evaluate and advance their cybersecurity defences
“Together with HCLTeach, we are enabling organisations to simplify and accelerate their secure digital transformation journeys with cloud-delivered services, reducing complexity, improving user experience, and allowing for robust cyber-resilience,” Mike Rich, CRO and president of global sales at Zscaler, commented.
“Our zero-trust architecture and cloud approach are designed for the needs of today’s digital-first enterprises.”
The extended HCLTech and Zscaler partnership directly addresses the need for zero-trust and SASE architectures by helping enterprises transition from legacy environments to modern, AI-enabled, and cloud-delivered security frameworks.
