Hong Kong – Fushi Technology, a SaaS company specialising in store operation solutions, has recently unveiled its plans to launch AI Agent industry vertical applications in Southeast Asia, aiming to enhance business efficiency and streamline operations.
Fushi Technology is an investment of Hong Kong-listed company Yeahka Limited. In 2024, Fushi already expanded its client base in Southeast Asia, including more than 200 global and regional brands like Starbucks, MUJI, Pizza Hut, New Balance, Levi’s, KOI, and Mr. Coconut. These cover markets in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia, with over 20,000 stores in total.
According to the firm, its achievements can be attributed to two key drivers, which include synergies created by its partnership with Yeahka and its focus on placing great importance on the localisation of its SaaS product development and operations functionalities.
The launch of this particular initiative is also driven by the specific needs of its overseas clientele outside the Chinese market.
With the new solution, the AI agent will cater to the food and beverage market, allowing customers to leverage voice or text-based conversational language on the brand’s app or website to access restaurant information, place orders, and make payments efficiently. This approach is set to enhance the customer experience and improve order conversion rates.
Furthermore, the firm intends to work with Ascentis, a Singapore-based CRM company that Fushi recently acquired, to create a marketing AI agent that allows businesses to automatically plan and execute marketing campaigns and manage customer relationships through natural language.
As China continues to expand into global markets, Fushi is also positioned to capitalise on new opportunities, leveraging its extensive experience with merchants and its innovative proprietary AI Agents.
