Fulcrum Digital names Gulveen Kaur as senior vice president for insurance to strengthen digital innovation strategies

Pune, India – Fulcrum Digital has appointed Gulveen Kaur as senior vice president for insurance, a move aimed at accelerating the company’s domain-led digital innovation strategy across global insurance markets.

In her new role, Gulveen will lead Fulcrum Digital’s insurance practice globally, directing the strategy and implementation of technology-driven initiatives that combine digital engineering, automation, and AI-led innovation. Her appointment is expected to strengthen Fulcrum Digital’s position as a partner for insurers seeking to modernise operations and enhance customer experiences through intelligent and data-driven platforms.

With more than twenty years of experience spanning insurance and technology across Asia, Gulveen joins the company after serving at Capgemini, where she managed delivery, client relations, and operations for insurance and banking in Southeast Asia from Hong Kong. 

“I am thrilled to join Fulcrum Digital at a time when the insurance industry is embracing large-scale transformation,” Gulveen commented. 

“Fulcrum’s vision to blend technology, data, AI, and customer-centric design aligns closely with my own belief in purposeful innovation and transformation.” 

Gulveen has also held senior leadership roles at AXA Hong Kong, Manulife Asia, and MetLife, where she oversaw major transformation programmes focused on modernising insurance platforms and advancing digital capabilities.

Her extensive background includes managing large-scale policy administration transformations across multiple lines of business, including life, property and casualty, and employee benefits. 

She has also guided enterprise-wide initiatives in areas such as customer engagement, cloud adoption, digital process optimisation, and platform integration, consistently delivering measurable improvements in business performance and operational efficiency.
