Singapore – Etaily, a digital retail platform, has announced its latest collaboration with digital commerce growth enablement company piMerce aiming to offer enhanced analytics and business process capabilities.

As part of the partnership, piMerce’s advanced AI-driven intelligence will be incorporated with Etaily’s expertise in commerce enablement, particularly in planning, creativity, and execution. This approach is designed to redefine digital shelf analytics excellence. 

On the other hand, piMerce’s engine will also enable etaily to assist clients in translating learnt insights into strategies, ensuring brands consistently appear at the top of the search results. At the same time, said integration is aimed at improving content and product availability, determining optimal price points, and uncovering opportunities through competitor benchmarking.

Moreover, Etaily’s retail network and e-commerce experts will be further strengthened by piMerce’s platform, enabling a consolidated view of sales, marketing, and supply chain data. This move will help brands improve product presentation and performance while also enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates. 

Core benefits also include a digital shelf analytics offering a single source of truth to craft and optimise e-commerce strategies; (2) a retail media optimisation comprising ad viewership, engagement, and conversion rates that pinpoint retail media opportunities; and (3) content and creative strategy that guarantee precise and high-quality content adaptation and strategy in a fragmented online marketplace.
