Mumbai, India – Epicenter, a customer experience management firm, has announced the latest addition of Babita Tomar as the company’s chief strategy officer.
In this new role, Tomar will be responsible for the practical application of artificial intelligence in strengthening the call centre operations and business process outsourcing needs of their customers.
She will also take charge of the projects focused on identifying and bringing together the data needed to deploy machine learning and advanced data analytics. This move is aimed at providing end users/consumers with a better experience working with call centre agents.
Through her guidance, the company will also explore opportunities to maintain their competitive advantages in technology through the application of artificial intelligence.

Tomar boasts over 20 years of experience in assisting financial institutions and technology companies. The scope of this work includes the deployment of analytics to improve operations and the deepening of their understanding and measurement of the customer experience.
As part of the deploying analytics teams, she will be collaborating closely with companies like Wells Fargo and Amazon Web Services and leading the organisational transformations of the company.
