Manila, Philippines – DXC Technology, a global technology services provider, has opened a new Client Experience Centre in Taguig City, Metro Manila, aimed at strengthening engagement with customers, partners, and employees, supporting the company’s growth in the Philippines.
Located within DXC’s Philippines Global Delivery Centre, the facility is designed to improve customer experience by fostering collaboration, co-creation, and innovation.
The centre enables DXC’s 7,000 employees in the Philippines to work closely with clients and partners, accelerating the development and delivery of AI-driven solutions while enhancing service quality across mission-critical applications, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations.

The centre incorporates an AI Incubation Hub, dedicated to creating next-generation solutions that integrate AI with enterprise technology services. A 24/7 AI-focused Security Operations Centre also provides centralised monitoring and rapid response to potential threats, ensuring robust and reliable support for clients worldwide.
Serving as DXC Technology’s SAP Centre of Excellence, the Philippines Global Delivery Centre houses the company’s largest concentration of SAP expertise, with over 1,800 consultants supporting more than 350 enterprise clients and accounts globally.
Alongside the opening, DXC partnered with Baby and Moms PH to donate refurbished laptops to high school students in Marikina City through the Digital Futures Program, which seeks to improve digital literacy, educational access, and future employment opportunities.
