Singapore – Deel, a global payroll and HR platform, has recently launched new AI-driven products designed to streamline hiring, management, and international team payment transactions.
Using these solutions, the company brings together talent sourcing, workforce planning, employee engagement, compensation planning, IT management, and essential HRIS features like time-off tracking into one unified system.
These new tools combine payroll, HR, and IT operations into Deel’s integrated platform, aiming to address inefficiencies amongst businesses and support smooth cross-border business operations. At the same time, said solutions empower businesses to streamline operations and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
As such, Deel has introduced a new way to connect businesses with top staffing and recruiting agencies directly within the Deel platform through its new ‘Deel Talent’. This feature eliminates the need for multiple systems and offers access to trusted talent partners to make it easier to find, hire, manage, pay, and develop a global workforce, all in one place.
Deel Talent provides growing mid-market and enterprise businesses with a unified platform to efficiently manage and streamline their network of talent partners.
Another significant feature is the ‘Deel Workforce Planning’, an AI-driven solution that equips HR, finance, and hiring teams with cutting-edge tools to strategically plan, model, and approve headcount worldwide.
Deel Compensation, on the other hand, enables HR professionals to create and execute a world-class global compensation plan, tightly integrated with payroll to remove inefficiencies and manual interventions.
Deel Engage has further been enhanced with new AI-powered features, including Surveys to help companies collect real-time employee feedback to boost engagement and make data-driven decisions.
It also extends to include career management to provide clear growth paths with skill-based frameworks, syncing seamlessly with job architecture and compensation band data, and an AI-infused learning management system to build and deploy courses for compliance, skills development, and onboarding.
The company also revealed new security features including Mobile Device Management (MDM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Endpoint Protection (EPP). These have been added to ‘Deel IT’, supporting companies that handle global lifecycle management for laptops, tablets, monitors and mobile phones across 130 countries.
Additionally, Deel is redefining the process of payroll management with the launch of a real-time payroll that is now available in 53+ markets, including the UK, Brazil, South Africa, Canada, and the UAE, with plans to expand to 130+ markets by 2027. Said announcement enables the company to offer instant gross-to-net calculations, faster processing, and more flexibility for payroll changes.
Aside from these enhancements, the recently introduced Deel PEO helps companies attract and retain top talent by offering big-company benefits without the high costs.
Meanwhile, Deel Benefits Admin offers a tool that lets businesses manage benefits at scale across multiple countries from a single login, ensuring a compliant, consistent, and efficient experience for global teams.
Karen Ng, regional head of expansion, enterprise of North and South Asia at Deel, commented, “The global workforce is more interconnected than ever, and Singapore’s Budget 2025 rightly focuses on training, skills, and jobs to future-proof the local workforce and strengthen the nation’s position as a global talent hub.”
“To accelerate local businesses in their journey, we are proud to unveil a new suite of integrated AI-driven products designed to streamline HR functions. With intelligent tools that provide data-driven insights, Deel is empowering Singapore businesses to bridge local talent gaps and scale internationally — laying the groundwork for a workforce that is not just prepared for the future but leading it,” she noted.
Alex Bouaziz, co-founder and CEO of Deel, remarked, “Global workforce management systems are broken. Multiple tools for HR, IT, and payroll create inefficiencies and blind spots, leaving leaders without a clear view of total workforce costs.”
Bouaziz then noted, “Deel is changing that. Every product and feature we build is designed with our customers in mind—to help them hire, manage, and pay global teams easily and compliantly. We are creating a fully integrated system built on our own infrastructure to deliver unmatched stability, flexibility, and scale–bringing us closer to our vision of being the only platform businesses need for global teams.”
“Looking ahead, our goal is to build a generational company, one that both businesses and workers love,” he further shared.
