Manila, Philippines – Ninja Van has entered into a partnership with Anchanto to enhance and scale its fulfilment infrastructure in the Philippines, formalising the use of Anchanto’s warehouse management technology across its local operations.
The agreement supports the logistics provider’s efforts to modernise workflows and manage increasing volumes across both B2C and B2B services.
The deployment of Anchanto’s warehouse management system forms part of Ninja Van’s broader digital transformation programme, with a focus on streamlining order handling processes and reducing reliance on manual intervention.
“Anchanto’s WMS gives us the operational flexibility and integration depth we need to support our clients while maintaining the speed and reliability our merchants expect,” Erick Paul Ramos, fulfilment business head of Ninja Van Philippines, stated.
He added, “Beyond the quality of Anchanto’s WMS, what stood out for us was their long-term commitment in the Philippines, their successful track record with enterprise customers, and their strong vision for the future of commerce and logistics.”
As nationwide e-commerce demand continues to rise and large-scale sales campaigns place greater pressure on fulfilment networks, the company sought a platform capable of supporting high-throughput operations while maintaining accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
The system is intended to provide real-time oversight of warehouse activity and enable more consistent performance during peak periods. Its architecture is designed to support complex, high-volume fulfilment requirements, allowing Ninja Van to respond more effectively to fluctuating demand and evolving client expectations.
“The scalability, agility, and reliability of our technology have been proven repeatedly with enterprise customers globally,” Bely Villacruz, country head Philippines at Anchanto, stated.
“We’re proud to see a leader like Ninja Van place their trust in Anchanto as they continue to pursue ambitious growth.”
Anchanto’s platform was selected for its adaptability and breadth of integrations, enabling it to work alongside Ninja Van’s existing enterprise software and connect with external logistics service providers.
This integration is expected to simplify customer onboarding, improve inventory alignment across channels, and support consolidated data reporting while maintaining fast turnaround times.
The collaboration reflects a shared focus on long-term growth in the Philippine market, with the technology implementation positioned to support Ninja Van’s continued expansion and service development as e-commerce and omnichannel fulfilment requirements become more sophisticated.
