Lincah acquires Orderfaz to grow social e-commerce structure in Indonesia and SEA

Bandung, Indonesia – Lincah, an Indonesia-based commerce infrastructure provider, has completed its purchase of Orderfaz, a local social commerce enablement platform, incorporating its technology, system and merchant network to enhance the region’s expanding social and creator-commerce landscape.

The acquisition strengthens Lincah’s position in a market expected to surpass USD$100b in Southeast Asia by 2028, supported by the continued growth of creator-driven retail activity and the increasing dependence of small enterprises on social platforms for sales.

The company currently works with more than 23,000 sellers and reaches over 8.3 million buyers, processing upwards of half a million transactions each month across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and Google Ads.

The integration of Orderfaz increases Lincah’s technical capacity, enabling improved platform stability, more aligned operations and a smoother experience for sellers operating across different markets.

“Indonesia is emerging as the anchor market for social commerce in Southeast Asia,” Juan Lesmana, president of the group at Lincah, stated.

He added, “By bringing Orderfaz’s technology and seller ecosystem under Lincah, we are building a more streamlined, stable, and scalable infrastructure that reduces complexity for sellers and enables them to grow across markets more efficiently.”

Indonesia accounts for more than half of Southeast Asia’s social commerce value and remains the region’s largest market, with a significant proportion of local MSMEs relying on social platforms as their primary point of sale. Sustained annual growth in the sector continues to generate favourable conditions for infrastructure providers such as Lincah.

The company is supported by the involvement of Yudha Trisna and Muhamad Azis Rifai, whose background in seller communities and market dynamics helps ensure that platform development aligns with changing merchant needs in Indonesia and the wider region.

Strategic direction for the group is overseen by Juan Lesmana, whose experience in global e-commerce, technology and consulting includes senior positions at TikTok (Bytedance) and Tokopedia.

He joined Lincah in early 2025 as an investor and advisor before taking on broader responsibilities in organisational growth and multi-market infrastructure development. Mohamad Iqbal has assumed the role of group chief executive, focusing on platform consolidation, operational alignment and regional expansion.

As Lincah strengthens its core operations in Indonesia and prepares to extend its presence to Malaysia, the company is directing additional resources toward platform robustness, long-term scalability and seller enablement.

The incorporation of Orderfaz supports Lincah’s plan to deliver broader regional coverage and modernised infrastructure for merchants, partners and investors across Southeast Asia as demand for integrated social commerce systems continues to rise.
