Singapore – Zenika Singapore has appointed Seet Teck Kiang as head of business and Michael Isvy as head of engineering, reinforcing the company’s focus on regional growth and the development of its AI Multiplier Framework.
The framework is designed to integrate AI across product development, architecture, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Seet Teck Kiang brings more than twenty years of experience in enterprise and public-sector transformation across Asia. He has previously held senior roles at ThoughtWorks, EPAM Systems, and Zühlke Group, where he led platform modernisation and large-scale digital initiatives.
His appointment is aimed at expanding Zenika’s presence in the region and scaling its AI-led delivery approach.
“What attracted me to Zenika is its ethos of engineering excellence and its ability to bring AI, product, architecture, and operations together with real discipline,” Seet commented.
He added, “The AI Multiplier Framework is a practical and powerful way to scale AI impact, and I look forward to accelerating Zenika’s growth across Asia using this model.”
Michael Isvy returns to Zenika Singapore to lead the Engineering and AI strategy. Having contributed to the establishment of the Singapore office, he will focus on industrialising AI workflows, optimising augmented development practices, and enhancing cross-team collaboration.
His experience spans engineering cultures in Singapore and France, enabling a blend of disciplined craftsmanship and agile innovation.
“Returning to Zenika is about reconnecting the two cultures that shaped my approach to engineering,” Michael stated.
He added, “My goal is to turn our Singapore division into a true experimentation hub for AI adoption—making AI more reliable, more useful, and more accessible for our engineers and clients.”
The dual leadership appointments are intended to support Zenika Singapore’s strategic objectives, including elevating technical capabilities, fostering collaboration with global teams, and reinforcing the company’s position in AI-driven engineering solutions across the APAC region.
“Seet and Michael each bring exceptional strengths that perfectly complement Zenika’s ambitions for the next decade. Seet strengthens our business strategy and regional growth, while Michael elevates our engineering and AI capabilities,” Timothée Dufresne, MD of Zenika Singapore, commented.
“Together, they will drive the expansion and shape the next chapter of Zenika Singapore and Asia. “
