Singapore – Bridge Alliance has broadened access to its telecom API ecosystem by activating coverage in Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand. The move connects the organisation with major operators in each location, providing extensive market reach and enabling enterprises and developers to work with secure, standardised network APIs through the Bridge Alliance API Exchange (BAEx).
The expanded access allows organisations in these markets to develop and commercialise digital services using verification tools such as Number Verify and SIM Swap. These functions support fraud prevention and secure authentication across sectors, including financial services, retail and digital platforms.
By integrating all major operators in the four markets into its exchange, Bridge Alliance aims to simplify API use through consistent technical standards and unified commercial and operational frameworks. The organisation mentioned that comprehensive coverage is intended to strengthen interoperability and encourage broader industry participation in API-driven services across the region.

“Achieving nationwide API coverage means enterprise customers and developers access can unlock new possibilities powered by telco APIs on BAEx, built on GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA standards.”
The BAEx Partner Programme, introduced in mid-2025, continues to engage operators interested in collaborating on technical development, standard alignment, and the exchange of API knowledge. The initiative is positioned to help accelerate regional readiness for wider API adoption.
Alongside its expanded footprint, Bridge Alliance is working with additional channel partners to increase enterprise usage and developer involvement. Alibaba, Infobip, and 8×8 are the latest companies to join its network, supporting outreach efforts, technical integration, and market-specific commercial applications.
Their participation is expected to enhance secure authentication capabilities, fraud-mitigation measures and the use of advanced API-based signals for enterprise solutions.

The organisation plans to extend the API exchange into further markets in 2026. Upcoming additions are expected to include new categories such as KYC-related services and enhanced fraud-prevention data, which are intended to foster open innovation and deliver broader value for operators and enterprise users across APAC.
