Certis taps Dell Technologies to expand global reach of AI orchestration platform

Singapore – Certis Group, a Singapore-based technology and services company, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dell Technologies to advance the use of intelligent orchestration and AI-enabled operations across industries and urban environments worldwide.

The partnership, unveiled at the Smart City Expo World Congress 2025, aims to enhance the capabilities of Certis’ Mozart platform, which applies AI and data analytics to manage complex operational systems.

By incorporating Dell’s compute and edge infrastructure, the collaboration seeks to strengthen Mozart’s capacity for real-time analysis, predictive insights, and data-driven decision-making, contributing to more efficient and sustainable city operations globally.

“This collaboration brings Singapore innovation to the rest of the world,” Leonard Oh, chief executive of technology services business at Certis Group, stated.

He added, “Through this MoU with Dell Technologies, we are further enhancing AI orchestration capabilities to deliver safer, smarter, and better outcomes for our clients globally.”

Under the agreement, Certis and Dell will focus on integrating AI-powered operational management, digital twin technologies, and data fusion to support improved planning and situational awareness.

The partnership will also involve joint commercial and marketing initiatives, starting at the Smart City Expo and extending to future smart city deployments across the APAC region and other global markets.

“Certis’ Mozart is a proven example of how applied AI and intelligent orchestration can transform real-world operations,” Andy Sim, vice president and managing director of Singapore at Dell Technologies, commented.

He added, “Together, we are scaling these advanced capabilities to help organisations worldwide achieve new levels of operational intelligence and efficiency.”

Mozart, originally developed in Singapore, connects people, processes, and machines within a unified operational framework to generate insights that optimise safety, efficiency, and environmental performance. The addition of Dell’s scalable edge solutions is expected to enhance the platform’s data processing security and energy efficiency, enabling faster decision-making in time-sensitive environments.

The platform currently supports Certis’ Integrated Operations Centres across key sectors such as aviation, healthcare, education, commercial real estate, and urban management across the APAC region. Its deployment has demonstrated improvements in incident response times, workforce utilisation, and energy efficiency.

The initiative marks a step forward in Certis’ ambition to extend its AI-driven orchestration technologies globally. By working with Dell Technologies, the company aims to accelerate innovation in intelligent operations and support organisations and cities in achieving enhanced operational resilience, sustainability, and performance.
