By identifying resignation risks early, it also helps business leaders retain top talent and enhance workplace dynamics.
Moreover, it provides integrated employee assistance programmes for mental health support and flexible benefits functionality, allowing companies to customise offerings and increase employee satisfaction.
Additionally, the company has already secured clients in Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and the Philippines. Founded by Bo Discarga, it has also recently earned recognition as the regional winner for the Philippines in the Startup World Cup. This gives them the opportunity to compete for $1m in Silicon Valley this October.
