Singapore – Datalens, a data engineering and AI solutions firm, has recently acquired GenAI and CX solution company OneClick Technologies, aiming to provide a more comprehensive data-driven portfolio to its customers and partners.
With the acquisition, Datalens can now utilise the latter’s expertise in GenAI-powered enterprise search, knowledge management, and customer engagement, complementing its expertise in AI-driven data engineering.
These combined efforts bring enhanced capability for businesses to derive value from their data, provide personalised customer experience, and deliver business success.

This allows us to deliver even greater value by being a one-stop shop for our customers’ data-to-AI requirements,” continued Santhanam.
“The collaboration of our teams will lead to innovation-at-scale. From our 9 offices in North America and Asia, and our products and services portfolio, we are able to offer our customers comprehensive services,” he added.
