Singapore – OneTrust, a privacy and security software provider, has recently announced the inauguration of its Singapore office, marking its presence in the Asia-Pacific region and strengthening the company’s international growth strategy.
Said move further amplifies its commitment to address the demand for responsible data and AI solutions on a global scale. It also brings the company’s global footprint to 12 offices, with recent expansions in San Francisco, Chicago, and Amsterdam.
With over 2,200 people worldwide and nearly 500 in the APAC region, the company further plans to increase its Singapore workforce in 2025.
Arran Mulvaney, country manager for Singapore at OneTrust, said, “Asia’s dynamic data privacy landscape is driving demand for solutions that help organisations keep up with a complex patchwork of regulatory requirements while accelerating data-driven innovation.”
“Singapore’s world-class talent pool, robust digital ecosystem, and close ties with other major Asian markets make it an ideal springboard for OneTrust in APAC. Bolstered by our offices in Bengaluru and Melbourne, expanding our footprint here in Singapore allows us to deepen relationships with customers and partners in the region,” continued Mulvaney.
“We aim to deliver transformative solutions for privacy automation and consent management, empowering organisations to build trust through responsible data and AI practices,” he concluded.
At present, OneTrust serves companies such as Samsung, DHL, and Yum! Brands, offering industry-recognised consent management, data privacy, data governance, risk, and compliance solutions that enable organisations to collect, govern, and use data responsibly.
