FNP, Comviva to jointly introduce advanced payment solution with recent partnership

New Delhi, India – FNP, an online gift shop, has recently partnered with Comviva to jointly launch an advanced payment experience aimed at making transactions faster, simpler, and more secure. 

This new solution leverages the capabilities of the company’s mobiquity® ONE orchestration platform, incorporating seamlessly into FNP’s ecosystem to provide consumers with a hassle-free and dependable checkout experience.

Said platform further enhances the gifting experience by offering more payment choices and a frictionless experience when selecting the perfect gift. It also supports multiple payment methods, including UPI, wallets, net banking, and cards, catering to the varied preferences of FNP’s vast user base.

Among the key advancements, the integration also introduces AI-driven smart routing designed to help reduce transaction failures by optimising payment routing in real time. It further elevates the overall operational efficiency by cutting down costs through intelligent orchestration across payment gateways. 

With this initiative, the Comviva platform allows a seamless adaptability for customers by supporting diverse payment methods and integrating effortlessly with FNP’s systems.
