Singapore – Logistics and delivery solutions firm uParcel has recently unveiled the company’s latest e-commerce fulfilment service aimed at providing comprehensive logistics support, from warehousing to last-mile delivery.

This solution is further strengthened by the integration for popular platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify, offering e-commerce merchants a hassle-free solution to manage orders across multiple sales channels.

As an enhanced service, the said solution caters to the evolving needs of e-commerce merchants by offering an all-in-one fulfilment process that integrates advanced technology for seamless integration.

Key features include seamless platform integration, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify merchants to directly connect their stores with uParcel’s system. This streamlined approach optimises the entire fulfilment process, from order synchronisation to real-time inventory management, ensuring same-day dispatch accuracy.

The next feature is an inventory management system designed and built to handle inventory needs for businesses of any size. Through its real-time stock visibility and automated management, merchants can now reduce the risk of overselling and optimise their supply chain operations.

Another significant feature is the efficient pick-and-pack operations, where the firm’s fulfilment centres are equipped to manage high order volumes with precision and speed. The service includes picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring that items are carefully handled and shipped on time.

In addition, the integrated last-mile delivery utilises uParcel’s extensive same-day delivery network, offering fast and reliable delivery across Singapore. This warehouse-to-doorstep process enables merchants to elevate the customer experience, fostering brand loyalty and driving repeat business.

Lastly, uParcel’s fulfilment service is built to scale alongside businesses, adapting to both small daily orders and high-volume surges during peak seasons. Its flexible infrastructure further guarantees consistent and efficient operations at all times.

“With our new e-commerce fulfilment service, merchants can now integrate their online stores with ease, allowing them to fully automate their logistics from warehousing to delivery,” commented Ng Wee Leong, COO at uParcel.

Leong further added, “This launch is part of our ongoing mission to help businesses scale efficiently and meet the demands of today’s e-commerce landscape.”

The new fulfilment service powered by the automation of order processing and fulfilment reduces manual errors and operational inefficiencies, allowing businesses to focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
