Sydney, Australia – Global e-commerce logistics and fulfilment firm CIRRO has recently unveiled the introduction of new cross-border shipping services from Australia to multiple international destinations. This initiative allows customers to utilise the company’s delivery network to ship parcels to New Zealand, North America, and European countries.

The new service also brings core features aimed at enhancing the shipping experience, with offers that include a comprehensive, end-to-end management system that oversees the entire shipping process from pickup to last-mile delivery.

It further ensures hassle-free customs clearance, facilitating smooth and efficient handling of procedures to guarantee timely deliveries.

In addition, CIRRO offers necessary IT support, allowing seamless integration with customer systems for improved order management.

With this, customers can take advantage of full traceability, with comprehensive tracking information provided to monitor shipments at every stage.

Nick Cao, general manager at CIRRO E-Commerce Oceania, said, “With an increasing number of Australian brands and e-merchants entering the international market, there is a growing need for robust cross-border shipping solutions, especially for small parcels.”

“We are proud to offer new shipping services that cater to this demand. Our commitment to evolving our cross-border shipping services ensures that we maintain high service quality and an excellent customer experience. We also provide customised solutions available for consultation,” Cao further shared.

Operating from hubs in Sydney and Melbourne, CIRRO E-Commerce offers the following shipping times: in New Zealand for 3–5 working days; in the United States for 7–10 working days; and in Europe for 7–10 working days.
