Malaysia – Setting the pace for e-commerce logistics services in the country, national postal and parcel service provider Pos Malaysia has launched its latest initiative, “Pos Fulfill,” aiming to offer businesses contemporary warehouse and order fulfilment solutions.

For this launch, the company targets business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors, ensuring solutions that are designed to streamline their operations.

In particular, this initiative will leverage technology and system-guided visibility to ensure the safety and timely delivery of customer products.

It is thus powered by warehouse management systems as well as enterprise resource planning and order management systems for marketplaces.

The service also includes an in-house last-mile track and trace system, providing end-to-end visibility for complete transparency and customer peace of mind.

Sumesh Rahavendra, group chief transformation and digital officer at Pos Malaysia, said, “Pos Fulfill represents a significant milestone in our journey to enhance our capabilities and meet the evolving needs of businesses in the e-commerce era. With our expansive network, cutting-edge facilities, and dedicated team, we are confident that Pos Fulfill will be able to provide unmatched and comprehensive coverage across Malaysia in fulfilment for B2B and B2C services.”

With its comprehensive suite of services, the company’s latest Pos Fulfill targets a broad range of business sectors encompassing automotive, FMCG and MLMs, retail and food, IT and telecom, footwear and apparel, fashion and luxury, cosmetics, healthcare and pharma, electrical and electronics, and government/GLCs.
