Singapore – YYForce has launched Yolara AI, a workforce intelligence platform designed to help businesses manage frontline staffing, automate scheduling workflows and track employee attendance.

The platform is available in Singapore through web and mobile interfaces. YYForce is also introducing a conversational AI voice agent through phased deployments with selected enterprise clients, allowing managers to submit staffing requests using natural language.

Yolara AI is designed for businesses in sectors including hospitality, food and beverage, retail, logistics, events and facilities management. Its features combine workforce matching, shift scheduling, digital attendance tracking and operational analytics.

The platform draws on YYForce’s existing network of more than 100,000 verified frontline workers and over 500 enterprise partner locations. These figures represent the company’s existing network rather than active Yolara AI users or locations at launch.

AI-driven staffing and workforce management

Yolara AI uses multiple factors to match workers with staffing requirements, including skills, availability, location, credentials and previous shift records. Its scheduling workflows connect business requirements with eligible workers, while digital tools support shift coordination and attendance monitoring.

The platform also includes conversational onboarding to collect worker information, confirm availability and communicate shift requirements.

Geofenced check-in and check-out functions capture attendance data for monitoring and reconciliation. Meanwhile, its Talent Graph and workforce intelligence dashboards organise worker profiles, qualifications and shift histories, providing visibility into staffing coverage, attendance and workforce costs.

YYForce said the integrated platform aims to reduce repetitive administrative tasks and improve coordination between businesses and workers. Actual staffing outcomes will depend on worker availability, qualification requirements and operating conditions.

Voice agent to be deployed in phases

The conversational voice agent is being introduced in stages with selected enterprise clients in Singapore. It uses natural language processing, intent recognition and information extraction to convert spoken staffing requirements into structured digital requests.

For example, a manager could request five banquet service crew members for a shift at Marina Bay from 6 pm to 11 pm the following day. The agent is designed to identify the required headcount, role, location and shift times, seek clarification when information is missing, and prepare the request for the platform’s matching workflow.

The phased deployment will allow YYForce to assess usability and operational performance before considering a broader rollout. The voice agent’s availability will therefore differ from that of the core platform during the initial launch period.

“Frontline staffing has historically suffered from manual friction, fragmented shift communication, and slow fulfilment cycles,” said Mike Fu, Chief Executive Officer of YYForce.

“With Yolara AI, we are translating applied artificial intelligence into immediate operational leverage—turning spoken manager requests into fulfilled shifts in minutes. This launch marks a foundational milestone in YYForce’s strategy to build a unified, intelligent workforce ecosystem across the region,” Fu continued.

Further AI development planned

YYForce plans to assess expansion into other Southeast Asian markets based on customer demand, operational readiness and local requirements.

Its development roadmap includes machine-learning-based demand forecasting, predictive workforce analytics and agentic workflows connecting conversational requests with enterprise systems. These capabilities remain planned enhancements and are separate from the platform’s core functions available at launch.
