Noida, India – Nucleus Software has appointed Sudhanshu Tripathi as Chief Marketing Officer, effective 21 September 2026, as the banking technology provider seeks to expand its international presence and strengthen engagement with financial institutions.

Tripathi brings more than 20 years of experience in technology marketing, business strategy, demand generation, category development and international expansion. He will oversee the company’s global marketing strategy, including brand positioning, go-to-market activities, corporate reputation, analyst relations and partner-led growth.

The appointment comes as banks increase investment in artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation and the modernisation of lending and transaction banking operations.

“Banking is entering a defining phase where AI, digital transformation and changing customer expectations are reshaping how financial institutions operate and compete. Nucleus Software has the domain depth, technology and customer relationships to play an increasingly significant role in this transformation,” said Parag Bhise, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Nucleus Software.

“Sudhanshu’s mandate is to translate these strengths into stronger global preference, sharper market differentiation and measurable growth. His experience in building technology businesses, creating categories and developing global ecosystems will be valuable as we deepen our engagement with banks and financial institutions worldwide,” Bhise continued.

Tripathi most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of ESG at Quick Heal Technologies. In that role, he led brand and growth initiatives across consumer and enterprise businesses and was responsible for the digital business profit and loss. His work included supporting international expansion and developing market categories in areas such as AI-led fraud prevention and digital risk protection.

His previous roles include positions at Sterlite Power, Cyient, FINO PayTech and Tata Consultancy Services, covering technology, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, financial services and enterprise markets.

“Banks today are looking for technology partners that can combine deep domain understanding with speed of innovation and measurable business outcomes. Nucleus Software already has an extraordinary foundation built over four decades, with technology powering critical lending and transaction banking operations across global markets,” said Sudhanshu Tripathi, Chief Marketing Officer at Nucleus Software.

“The opportunity now is to make that impact even more visible and relevant across every market we serve. I look forward to building stronger categories, creating deeper engagement with customers and partners, and connecting our innovation more directly with the growth priorities of financial institutions worldwide,” Tripathi continued.

Tripathi’s experience also includes enterprise and partner engagement, executive-level communications, analyst relations and corporate reputation. At Quick Heal, he established a Cybersecurity Experience Centre that also served as an executive briefing centre. At Sterlite Power, he worked across marketing, environmental, social and governance initiatives, corporate strategy and international expansion. At Cyient, he led global content, digital and thought leadership marketing and contributed to the company’s global rebranding.

He serves on the India Advisory Board of the CMO Council and is a member of the ASSOCHAM National Council on Branding & Marketing. His professional recognitions include D&B Marketing Maverick 2025, BW Marketing 40 Under 40 and StartupLanes Top 100 CMOs.

Tripathi holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Western Australia and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University. He has also completed executive education at IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad.
