Singapore – ABP Securite has entered into a strategic collaboration with cybersecurity company Rapid7, Inc. to support the wider use of intelligence-driven exposure management and advanced threat detection tools in Singapore and Malaysia.
The agreement is intended to support organisations as they navigate a rapidly evolving digital environment in the APAC region. As businesses expand hybrid IT systems, accelerate cloud adoption and face increasingly complex cyber threats, many are seeking improved capabilities to monitor vulnerabilities, prioritise risks and improve incident response processes.
“As the cybersecurity threat surface in Asia Pacific continues to grow, visibility and control have become mission-critical,” Joyce Ng, chief executive officer of ABP Securite, stated.
“Partnering with Rapid7 brings a best-in-class platform that empowers security teams to quantify and reduce risk more effectively. Together, we can help organisations operationalise cyber resilience and protect their most valuable assets.”
Through the partnership, ABP Securite will distribute and provide regional support for Rapid7’s security portfolio across the region. The offering includes the Rapid7 Command Platform, which integrates functions such as exposure management, security information and event management, extended detection and response, cloud protection, application security, automation and external threat intelligence.
“ABP Securite has built a strong reputation for enabling regional partners and customers with advanced cybersecurity technologies,” Jason Heng, regional sales director of ASEAN at Rapid7, shared.
“Through this collaboration, Rapid7 gains a powerful ally to extend our reach and help organisations in the Asia Pacific gain real-time insight into their exposure, simplify operations, and respond faster to emerging threats.”
The collaboration is positioned as part of broader efforts to address visibility challenges within enterprise cybersecurity environments.
By combining ABP Securite’s regional distribution network with Rapid7’s security technologies, the two companies aim to help organisations strengthen their ability to identify security gaps, manage cyber risks and respond more effectively to evolving threats.
