Singapore – Mendix, a Siemens-owned enterprise application development platform, has named Aviva Fink as chief growth officer as part of its efforts to advance international growth and market positioning.
In this role, Aviva joins the senior leadership team with responsibility for shaping and executing the company’s global expansion agenda, including customer growth initiatives, ecosystem development and partner strategy, as well as strengthening Mendix’s presence within the evolving enterprise technology environment.
Aviva brings more than 18 years of experience across marketing, growth and go-to-market leadership roles within business-to-business software, data and analytics organisations. Her professional background spans sectors including artificial intelligence, financial technology, property technology and data platforms, with a focus on scaling high-growth and publicly listed companies.
“I am delighted to join Mendix at this moment, when low-code, data and AI are fundamentally reshaping how enterprises operate,” Aviva shared.
“Being part of this team is an opportunity to help organisations modernise faster, reduce complexity and turn their digital and agentic ambitions into measurable business outcomes.”
Based in New York, she most recently served as vice president of marketing at Axion Ray. Prior to this, Aviva held the position of VP of global marketing at Altus Group, where she played a key role in refining global commercial strategy and supporting international market expansion.
Earlier in her career, she was involved in the launch and growth of several mobile data analytics and property technology companies, including Onavo, VTS and Reonomy. In 2022, she was recognised by Globe Street as a commercial real estate technology influencer.
“Aviva is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth in complex technology environments,” Raymond Kok, CEO of Mendix, stated.
“Her leadership will ensure that our ecosystem remains the definitive choice for enterprises looking to build a modern, adaptable software practice. We are thrilled that she has decided to join us and eager to see her skills and vision come to fruition.”
Aviva’s appointment aligns with Mendix’s continued transition from a start-up environment to a more mature, global organisation. The company is broadening its focus beyond traditional low-code development towards agentic application development and enterprise automation.
The appointment reflects Mendix’s broader objective to reinforce its leadership position in enterprise software development by supporting organisations seeking to modernise application delivery, reduce complexity and adopt automation and intelligent technologies at scale.
