Taiwan – Zyxel Networks, an AI-powered cloud networking solutions company, has announced the introduction of its latest AI assistant feature within the SecuReporter Cloud Analytics Service.

The new solution, called SecuPilot, uses advanced generative AI, allowing IT professionals to access actionable network insights as well as identify and respond to security threats quickly.

It also streamlines network security analysis by enabling users to engage in natural conversations, eliminating the necessity for manual data mining. Said solution interprets data into natural language, accelerating the threat detection and response, which is crucial for SMBs and MSPs with limited cybersecurity resources.

Furthermore, the company shared that the new AI assistant has the ability to convert complex data into understandable, actionable insights. According to them, administrators can ask questions about system alerts or recent network activity once logged into SecuReporter. It further receives data in text, graph, or table form, instantly as requested.

SecuPilot supports trend, bar, column, pie, and grid chart formats, which can be easily downloaded or exported.

When it comes to contextual awareness and multi-language support, SecuPilot also understands the sequence and context of questions in more than 40 languages.

Said capability allows administrators to navigate network security data more intuitively and efficiently, saving valuable time and making insights accessible even to those with limited IT security expertise.

Meanwhile, SecuReporter’s one-click log export offers up to one year of data, assisting businesses in easily addressing requests from financial, cybersecurity, data protection, or law enforcement regulatory bodies.

SecuReporter’s OpenAPI support allows SMBs and MSPs to seamlessly integrate data into existing third-party network management tools, streamlining workflows and enhancing compatibility.

Gary Chen, SEA regional head at Zyxel Networks, commented, “SecuPilot reduces the burden on resource-constrained IT teams who need a user-friendly, powerful tool to stay ahead of evolving threats. By streamlining how security data is accessed and analysed, SecuPilot ensures that our customers can focus on protecting their businesses.”
