Singapore – Vantage Discovery, a generative AI-powered SaaS firm, has recently partnered with AI-driven consumer and market intelligence Quid to enable retailers to forecast consumer behaviour and enhance decision-making through data insights.

By joining forces, the two companies aim to offer retailers a comprehensive view of retail intelligence that considers external drivers of shopper intent. This new partnership will further equip retailers to quickly adapt, leverage trends, and gain an early advantage in the market.

Moreover, said integration empowered retailers to respond to trends without being confined to specific products or product categories. In particular, the Vantage Platform can interpret abstract trends such as “coquette,” “coastal grandma,” and “quiet luxury,” which are often difficult to define or link to catalogue items.

This capability further allows retailers to quickly and efficiently align emerging or hard-to-define trends with their most relevant products at scale.

In addition, the alliance with Vantage Discovery also enables merchandisers to use Quid insights to improve search results, spotlight relevant products during browsing, and enhance ‘You May Also Like’ recommendations with trending styles. This enables retailers to stay ahead of the curve by not just reacting to trends, but shaping the shopper experience to captivate and convert.

It also offers benefits to shoppers as it helps in matching trends with individual preferences, where shoppers see items that resonate more deeply with their tastes. This provides a shopping experience where they find exactly what they’re looking for while feeling understood.

Anthony Lye, CEO at Quid, commented, “Retail success hinges on understanding and responding to consumer trends in real time. Partnering with Vantage Discovery allows retailers to turn Quid trend insights into action, capitalise on emerging opportunities faster than ever before, and put the right products in front of the right customers—at the right time.”

Lance Riedel, CEO and co-founder at Vantage Discovery, also said, “This partnership represents a major step forward for the retail industry. Vantage Discovery is the only search and discovery platform that truly understands style.”

“With this integration, we can merge real-time trend insights from Quid directly into our style-based search and discovery experience, enabling retailers to adapt instantly and capture shopper interest before competitors can react,” he further added.

By combining the strengths of Quid and Vantage Discovery, retailers can transform insights into action with unprecedented speed, dynamically shaping the shopper experience to reflect what’s popular and personally relevant.

This strategic move empowers retailers to act swiftly, streamlining inventory management, crafting smarter promotions, boosting conversions, growing revenue, and creating unmatched shopper experiences that set them apart from the competition.
