Singapore – Temus, a Singapore-based AI and digital transformation firm, has announced three strategic collaborations with Resaro, Peak3, and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to advance AI adoption across the country’s public and private sectors.
In partnership with Resaro, Temus will support the responsible deployment of enterprise-grade AI, combining strategic advisory with Resaro’s independent AI assurance platform to embed governance and quality controls throughout the AI development lifecycle.
April Chin, co-CEO of Resaro, mentioned that Singapore is leading the world in responsible AI development through initiatives such as AI Verify.
“This partnership with Temus bridges technical testing and evaluation with governance requirements and business adoption of AI,” April said.
Meanwhile, the collaboration with Peak3 aims to accelerate AI-driven innovation in insurance, leveraging Peak3’s cloud-native platform, which manages over 2 billion policies for more than 50 global insurers, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling more tailored customer experiences.
“Through our partnership, we will combine proven capabilities and advanced AI to enable more insurers to realise the full potential of embedded secure, context-aware protection into everyday life at scale,” Bill Song, chief executive officer of Peak3, explained.
Temus has also strengthened its engagement with IMDA through the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative and the AI Verify Foundation, supporting local talent development and the adoption of trustworthy AI across Singapore.
These initiatives are complemented by in-house capability-building programmes and accelerated career conversion initiatives, reflecting Temus’ commitment to growing the nation’s digital and AI workforce.
Kiren Kumar, deputy chief executive at IMDA, expressed how the collaboration strengthens relationships with local industry leaders.
“These partnerships are critical in developing tech talent and accelerating the deployment of trusted AI solutions that businesses and consumers can use with confidence,” Kiren commented.
The firm has also expanded its leadership team with several key appointments with Sutowo Wong joining as managing director of AI & data, leading Temus’ AI and data strategy and driving enterprise-grade AI adoption.
Vincent Tay has also been named as managing director and head of public sector, where he will oversee digital transformation initiatives for government and healthcare clients.
Following Vincent, Dr Samuel Chong joins as managing director for insurance, guiding AI-driven innovation and helping insurers scale from pilot projects to enterprise-ready solutions.
The final addition to the company’s leadership team comes as Carl Ward is appointed as advisor for technology & innovation, providing strategic guidance on technology adoption and innovation, drawing on extensive global and regional leadership experience.
Wu Chen Wei, managing director and head of cloud, application & platform at Temus, mentioned that Singapore’s Smart Nation 2.0 ambitions will only be realised when AI fluency becomes second nature across the country’s workforce.
“We’re developing T-shaped professionals who combine deep AI expertise with cross-functional skills,” Chun Wei commented.
He added, “This breadth and depth are crucial as AI transformation requires talent who understand both the technology and business context.”
