Manila, Philippines – Tata Consultancy Services has recently announced its strategic alliance with fast-food company McDonald’s Philippines to advance the firm’s IT operations using cloud integration and data-driven solutions.

This initiative marks TCS’ first venture in the Asia Pacific region, with operations that are designed to upgrade McDonald’s current systems in the country, particularly with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA on RISE.

It will also enhance the IT framework of Golden Arches Development Corporation, the franchise holder of McDonald’s in the country, to gain better insights, improved decision-making, and optimised performance.

Furthermore, TCS is also set to offer app development, automation, data analytics, and AI services to future-proof GADC’s processes and support their growth ambitions.

In a recent statement, Margot Torres, managing director at GADC, emphasised that the implementation of SAP S/4HANA will provide them with greater agility through data-driven insights, thereby improving both customer and employee experiences.

The said collaboration is a two-year agreement with intentions to support the future growth of the fast-food company.
