Southeast Asia – Aiming to bolster the security and verification systems in the region, full-cycle verification firm Sumsub has announced that it has recently established strategic partnerships with leading resellers in Southeast Asia.

These resellers include Philippine-based Nexus Technologies, Indonesia’s PT Secure Pasifik Teknologi and Malaysia’s cybersecurity distributor Spectrum Edge.

With these partnerships, the company intends to empower local businesses to navigate the dynamic challenges across the fraud landscape.

In particular, it extends access to its robust verification solutions across key markets in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

This move further enables businesses in the region to leverage the company’s advanced technology, ensuring they meet strict compliance requirements and effectively combat the increasing threats of fraud and identity theft.

Penny Chai, vice president of business development at Sumsub, said, “With rising fraud and the growing accessibility of AI tools, the demand for our verification and compliance solutions has never been higher. Over the past year, Sumsub has achieved significant milestones in Asia, and we aim to continue this momentum through working with our partners to build a safer and more digitally inclusive future for businesses and consumers in Asia.”
