SQREEM Technologies expands global footprint with acquisition of programmatic business Trade Indy

Singapore – Aiming to drive its global expansion efforts, AI digital behaviour aggregator SQREEM Technologies has recently announced its acquisition of Melbourne-founded programmatic business Trade Indy.

This strategic initiative is vital to the transformation of the digital marketing landscape, allowing marketers to engage customers in a cookie-free future. 

Additionally, the said acquisition intends to establish a new, innovative offering, positioning the company as the largest AI partnership provider. 

This move will enable brands to identify and engage their audiences, fostering long-term digital relationships, amplifying brand impact, and ensuring budget accountability for agencies and clients alike.

Commenting on this milestone, Ian Chapman Banks, CEO at SQREEM Technologies, stated, “As part of our ongoing growth strategy, SQREEM Technologies has grown significantly over the past two years alone, with acquisitions and partnerships in more than 10 markets globally.” 

“The Trade Indy acquisition is significant in that it simultaneously puts SQREEM into the global A-League of AI Innovators, but domestically, whilst Australia currently ranks 15th out of 62 countries across the world for AI adoption, this presents a unique opportunity for early adopters like SQREEM and Trade Indy to drive significant growth for their clients whilst expanding their global reach and relevance,” added Ian.

Mark Rosenberg, executive director at Trade Indy, also said, “The agreement to merge with SQREEM expands both business offerings by bringing together our experienced managed service team with advanced, cookieless, AI-driven technology. This move into the SQREEM group is an exciting growth opportunity at a time when the market is demanding next-generation digital media solutions.”

Meanwhile, James Robertson, director at Trade Indy, further remarked, “We are excited to see this relationship expand our horizons and provide us with not only the resources to maintain growth but to also introduce the SQREEM platform to other agencies and brands across the region.”
