Singapore – Shopify, a global e-commerce company, has announced that it has recently partnered with IT service and consulting firm Pivotree, introducing new scalable and frictionless solutions to both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer markets.

In this collaboration, Shopify’s e-commerce platform will be integrated with Pivotree’s expertise in creating advanced digital solutions.

This strategic approach enables Pivotree to become the company’s technology partner for executing and migrating enterprise commerce clients to Shopify. It will then be effective starting August 9, 2024, bringing solutions for both B2B and D2C markets.

Kyle Metcalf, CRO at Pivotree, expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, saying, “We are thrilled to partner with Shopify to bring cutting-edge e-commerce solutions to our clients. This partnership leverages the strengths of both companies and underscores our commitment to helping businesses optimise their digital operations, reduce TCO [total cost of ownership, calculated as initial purchase price plus costs of operation across an asset’s lifespan], and achieve remarkable growth.”
