Singapore – SEON, a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance technology provider, has entered into a partnership with Philippines-based technology and systems integration firm Exist Software Labs.

The tie-up gives Exist’s clients across banking, fintech, payments, and e-commerce access to SEON’s fraud prevention, identity verification and AML compliance platform, according to a joint announcement.

The partnership was unveiled on 2 September 2026 in Manila and Singapore, with both companies framing it as a response to rising fraud and compliance pressures in the region.

SEON, which describes itself as an AI Command Centre for Fraud Prevention and AML Compliance, says the move reflects its continued investment in the Asia-Pacific market, where it has reported strong momentum over the past year.

The Philippines, meanwhile, remains one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital financial services markets, and organisations operating there are facing increasing fraud and compliance demands as more transactions shift online, the companies said.

Under the partnership, Exist will be able to offer clients SEON’s full platform, spanning fraud detection and risk scoring, customer and payment screening, AML transaction monitoring, identity verification, case management, and reporting.

Exist’s engineering and systems integration expertise is expected to allow clients to deploy SEON within their existing infrastructure, rather than building fraud prevention capabilities from scratch.

“Fraud and financial crime keep growing more sophisticated, but most organisations are still trying to manage that risk across tools that were never designed to work together”, said Troy Nyi Nyi, SVP and GM, APAC, SEON.

“By combining Exist’s engineering and integration expertise with SEON’s real-time fraud prevention and AML technology, we’re helping organisations in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia bring those signals into a single view and act on them faster,” he added.

For its part, Exist Software Labs positioned the partnership as an extension of its existing technology and digital transformation services.

“Through our partnership with SEON, we are expanding the capabilities we can bring to our clients by combining advanced fraud prevention and AML technology with Exist’s expertise in software development, systems integration and digital transformation,” said Sir Jonas Lim, Vice President for Technology, Exist Software Labs.

“Together, we aim to help organisations gain better visibility into risk and take more informed action,” Lim said.

According to the companies, the partnership is aimed at organisations across banking and financial services, fintech, payments, e-commerce and iGaming, sectors where digital transactions, customer onboarding and compliance requirements continue to grow.
