Hong Kong – SAP, an enterprise application and business AI firm, has recently announced the inauguration of its new “Business AI Experience Centre” at its Hong Kong office.
This strategic launch will showcase the innovative capabilities of integrated business AI in fostering innovation, efficiency, and business growth through live use cases and success stories.
The centre, in particular, is designed to guide enterprises from understanding artificial intelligence to practical implementation. This move allows them to achieve digital transformation and fully explore the unlimited possibilities offered by business AI.
In terms of features, the experience centre offers four live demonstrations, enabling customers to explore the applications provided by SAP Business AI technology that are seamlessly integrated into sales, talent management, and marketing processes.
More specifically, these features include a Joule in ERP, which automates and manages sales orders and related processes, significantly enhancing the performance of sales operations.
A ‘Just Ask’ feature is also available, offering customers a conversational AI analysis tool that provides deep sales insights. This solution empowers businesses to make data-driven decisions and drive sales performance.
Another tool is the centre’s Talent Writing Assistant, a generative AI tool that helps managers with performance review, talent management, and compensation processes, streamlining HR operations and improving manager effectiveness.
Lastly, the experience centre also has a ‘Joule in Customer Experience’ innovation designed to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through social media posting and exploratory questions, boosting marketing efforts and brand visibility.
Esmond Tong, managing director at SAP Hong Kong and Macau, commented, “With the Business AI Experience Centre, SAP aims to create a platform for enterprises and partners to exchange ideas and gain valuable insights that will enhance their agility and creativity. Enterprises can harness SAP’s cloud platform to unlock AI’s potential and achieve business benefits.”
“With over 50 years of extensive expertise, SAP offers cloud solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses across industries, regardless of size or development stage, helping them accelerate business growth and development,” added Tong.
Earlier this year, the company also unveiled the full integration of business AI into its cloud offerings and the phased rollout of Joule, a generative AI copilot, across its solution portfolio. This initiative intends to improve business functions and boost enterprise performance, with Joule handling 80% of the most commonly performed tasks.
