Singapore – Revolut, a financial services firm, has recently introduced its latest service feature designed to assist businesses in simplifying their bill management and payment workflows.

This new solution, called BillPay, automates tasks for businesses to centralise their bills in one place, pay suppliers in more than 150 locations, and enhance payment controls with integrated approval processes.

The system further employs AI-powered data extraction and optical character recognition to capture all relevant details from bills, such as supplier information and payment data.

Apart from these functions, BillPay also uses integration of accounting softwares like Xero, FreeAgent, and QuickBooks Online, making it possible for users to pull bills directly from these platforms or manually upload them for processing.

The company’s BillPay feature is now accessible for business customers on the Grow plan and higher tiers.
